Tina is a true professional who knows and. understands her craft. Trust her. She came in and made some recommendations with which I disagreed, but WOW once it was done. She did not steer us wrong and I would submit that if you listen to her you will get more for your house than you would doing it your way. I have never been happier with a representative.

There were so many WOWs that went down for us during this transaction that Tina handled. Here are a few: This lady is a pro; always on time; always presented herself well. Her intuition on everything from inspection items, when to make a move on something or not, and how to mediate anything along the way, were always right on the money. She communicated exactly the right amount and with just the right tone so as not to cause any more stress than a move already brings. Her staff and sources for providers were plentiful and reputable. I know what a success she is being in the real estate industry here for over two decades, so when I shared that I was unhappy about the for sale sign not being up (due to our HOA requesting a specific one), Tina herself drove the sign out to our house and got it back in the yard the next day. You know you are working with someone worthy of the rewards of their work when they don't pass the buck, they listen and they get the job done.
