Tina was very helpful throughout the entire process especially since I was in Massachusetts. She always returned my calls when she said she would, and went out of her way to help with all the paperwork on her end. You always came through for me above and beyond! We found Tina at an open house when we were looking to relocate to FL three years ago. I instantly knew I wanted her as our realtor. She was sharp, personable and had great market knowledge. How do I begin to describe our relationship with Tina? Let us begin with 5 stars...... We met Tina when we asked her to visit our home in December. We wanted to ask her opinion about our home prior to looking at another home that had peaked our interest. What a breath of fresh air she was, from the moment we met her. Within a week we had visited the house of interest and made an offer. Tina helped us every step of the way, and we closed on the house within 6 weeks. We moved into our lovely home in Teal Creek Glen, and then we began preparing our home in Blythefield Terrace. Tina made constructive suggestions and we followed them. At her suggestion and her assistance we brought in stagers who made our home look wonderful. It looked so nice that we made a joke that we would like to move back in. Through every step of the way Tina was a consumate professional, but better than this I truly would always look forward to seeing her. She is so full of energy, and so knowledgeable about her business. Always looking beautiful, like a runway model, whenever she showed our home or held an open house, and she is great company. Tina is one of the hardest working young women that I have ever met. I have no idea how she balances such a demanding career, and yet has the time to do everything else, including raising her beautiful family. On July 2nd we closed the sale on our Blythefield home. Tina was behind us, all of the way and through every step, representing our best interests as buyers and sellers of these two homes.
