Sales are an indicator that the east Manatee real estate market has maintained its strength over the last 12 months. These top ten property sales ranged from $1,800,000 to $2,615,000, built 2001 to 2014 with 5,000 - 10,144 square feet. Three of the top ten sales were located in The Country Club, while two were in Concession, three in Lake Club, one in Panther Ridge and one in Riverdale.
